I have a stackexchange site, vfxoverflow.com, and I would like yo place content in a box at random, or cycle through or whatever. For example, there are some tips or prompts such as:

• "Please vote up good questions"
• "Don't post answers as comments, make a new answer"
• "Don't post comments in the answer field"

I would like to put one in the question banner - a different one each refresh.
